Order Entry: Allows express order system using product codes as well as traditional “add to basket” method.
CatGen interfaces directly to the website calling on the same product date. It can handly multiple catalogues as work in progress and requires very little operator training.
The product catalogue is managed with a simple tree view allowing easy and intuitive modification.
Product details are managed from a single view giving full control of images and all associated product data.
Products can be alone or grouped and tabled together with similar variants.
Associating products or groups allows them to appear in multiple areas of the catalogue whilst retaining their single point on management.
The system provides full management of selling prices including breakpoints, special offers and multiple pricing strategies for different categories of the end customer.
Includes the call centre interface and allows the systems customer database to become the master database. Real-time customer information and RFM analysis is available (including complete customer order history).
Full customer management - a customer’s account details, addresses and a full history of activity are all managed and controlled by the Extranet user.
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Handles stock ordering and supplier management. The system will predict optimal stock levels and generate automatic purchase orders. This module is essential for generating business critical margin reports.
POINT OF SALE
Handles true bar code scanning point-of-sale operations together with the customer collection system (as operated by Toolstation). Offline running and automatic re-synchronisation are also included.
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This is the biggest and most complex module. The system includes multiple warehouse operation, together with bulk storage, pick-face management and replenishment. There are a number of carrier modules which produce parcel labels and interface directly with carriers.
The logistic module allows for full control of physical assets within multiple warehouses.
Product locations, stock quantities and a full transaction history are available.
The module handles buying and supply information as well as full purchase order generation and workflow.
Terminals link directly to the extranet to provide real-time management of physical assets.
