Flotilla Technical Support

​We have two support options for Flotilla: Basic and Enhanced. Both are provided from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and exclude UK public holidays.

Basic

The basic level of support covers setting up your system and helping with any difficulties you encounter in using the product. We aim to respond within one business day.

​

Enhanced

We offer additional levels of support including faster response times and support with customisation of the system. These are built bespoke and you should get in touch with us to enquire.
